Fees

We are out of network. This means you will be expected to pay out-of-pocket and for the session at the time of each session. You can use a health saving account (HSA), credit or debit card.

You may choose to file for out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance company. We can provide you with a Super Bill/Super Receipt on a monthly basis if you request it. The insurance company may reimburse you for some of the money you spend on services. We do not communicate with insurance companies directly.

We understand that this level of care is a financial investment and is not accessible for everyone. Most individuals use insurance to obtain mental health services, and insurance-based therapy plays a vital role in expanding access to care.

A private pay model may be a fit for those seeking:

  • Enhanced confidentiality

  • Clinical flexibility not dictated by insurance requirements

  • Longer-term or specialized care without session limits

  • Lower clinician caseloads and greater availability

Choosing private-pay therapy is a personal decision. We encourage prospective clients to consider what feels most aligned with their needs, priorities, and resources.

If what we offer speaks to you and you simply can not afford these rates, please reach out and let us know. We might be able to create something to help you.

We are not Medicare or Medicaid providers.

We are transparent with our fees so our patients know and can plan for the cost of services. You may know that many people have been harmed by surprise medical bills, often incurred during emergency or surgical care where there may be out of network providers involved in a patient’s care without their knowledge. The Federal No Surprises Act went into effect on January 1, 2022 to protect patients from surprise medical bills. As a result, all licensed health providers who offer out of network services are required to post a notice of “your rights and protections against surprise medical bills” on our websites or in our physical offices. Again, the nature of mental health services are different and we do not engage in surprise or balance billing. Further, in accordance with the Act, we will gladly provide a Good Faith Estimate of the costs of services prior to a first session and in the course of treatment.

Prior to your intake appointment, you will be sent an invitation to our secure portal. You will be asked to download, print, complete, and upload intake forms at least 24 hours prior to your intake appointment.

Our Notice of Privacy Practices can be read here and our Terms and Conditions here will also be provided via our secure portal.
