Dr. Rochelle J. Holtzman, Ph.D.

As a licensed clinical psychologist, I provide evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, and their parents — tailoring care to each family’s unique challenges like anxiety, OCD and related disorders, depression, behavioral struggles, sleep problems, ADHD, tics, and family stress. My approach is structured, goal-oriented, and rooted in proven methods that research supports, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Supportive Parenting of Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE)

I help clients and families identify patterns of thought and behavior that contribute to stress, anxiety, or conflict. Together we work to build skills for emotional regulation, problem-solving, coping with change, and healthier decision-making. I also help parents develop strategies that support their child’s growth while maintaining boundaries, consistency, and understanding.

Because I offer therapy via telehealth, many families benefit from flexibility and accessibility without having to commute — which is especially appealing for busy parents and caregivers who need therapy fitted into a tight schedule. If you’re looking for clear direction, practical tools, and structured, research-grounded therapy, I’m here to help you and your family move forward with confidence.
